About the role

  • Sales Team Lead responsible for leading Mapon's Denmark sales team while driving revenue growth and managing client relationships in the telematics sector.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key representative for our Denmark branch, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the local team and the company’s headquarters.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs.
  • Set sales quotas, targets, and budgets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Be a key player in the management team of the branch.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to scale and lead sales teams by recruiting, training, and developing top talent while creating scalable processes that support team expansion.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and align the sales strategy to deliver value, improving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Expertise in leading complex negotiations and closing large, enterprise-level deals.
  • Familiarity with developing and refining sales processes.
  • Excellent Danish and English language skills.
  • Previous experience leading sales teams, preferably within transport and logistics-related fields and/or in the SaaS business, is an advantage.
