Responsibilities
Act as the key representative for our Denmark branch, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the local team and the company’s headquarters.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs.
Set sales quotas, targets, and budgets in alignment with company objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Be a key player in the management team of the branch.
Requirements
Proven ability to scale and lead sales teams by recruiting, training, and developing top talent while creating scalable processes that support team expansion.
Ability to understand customer needs and align the sales strategy to deliver value, improving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Expertise in leading complex negotiations and closing large, enterprise-level deals.
Familiarity with developing and refining sales processes.
Excellent Danish and English language skills.
Previous experience leading sales teams, preferably within transport and logistics-related fields and/or in the SaaS business, is an advantage.
