Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise operational functions across Mapon’s 8 global branches.
- Ensure operational excellence within Mapon’s Customer Support, Technician and Warehouse teams, focusing on cost control, lean methodologies, and project management.
- Own Mapon’s Customer Support, Technician, and Warehouse management: strategy, budgeting, monitoring and cost-control, and analysis.
- Lead a team of nearly 50 professionals across Europe, and report progress to both the company and Management Team.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
- Standardise operational processes across all global branches.
- Ensure operational compliance with local and EU regulations, as well as company policies.
- Improve logistics, procurement, and distribution processes, coordinating with supply chain and procurement partners.
- Lead global customer support teams and improve efficiency through AI-tools and process optimisation.
- Standardise technician workflows, training, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Strong experience in operations management, preferably in a SaaS, telematics, logistics, or technology-driven company.
- Demonstrated success with lean methodologies.
- Proven experience managing multi-country or global operations.
- Strong background in cost control, budgeting, and operational analytics.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse and inventory management.
- Experience leading customer support and field technician teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
