About the role

• Head of Operations leading and optimising Mapon’s operational functions across 8 global branches. Ensuring excellence within Customer Support, Technician, and Warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise operational functions across Mapon’s 8 global branches.
• Ensure operational excellence within Mapon’s Customer Support, Technician and Warehouse teams, focusing on cost control, lean methodologies, and project management.
• Own Mapon’s Customer Support, Technician, and Warehouse management: strategy, budgeting, monitoring and cost-control, and analysis.
• Lead a team of nearly 50 professionals across Europe, and report progress to both the company and Management Team.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
• Standardise operational processes across all global branches.
• Ensure operational compliance with local and EU regulations, as well as company policies.
• Improve logistics, procurement, and distribution processes, coordinating with supply chain and procurement partners.
• Lead global customer support teams and improve efficiency through AI-tools and process optimisation.
• Standardise technician workflows, training, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Strong experience in operations management, preferably in a SaaS, telematics, logistics, or technology-driven company.
• Demonstrated success with lean methodologies.
• Proven experience managing multi-country or global operations.
• Strong background in cost control, budgeting, and operational analytics.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse and inventory management.
• Experience leading customer support and field technician teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
