Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in relevant programming languages, software development principles, and a proven track record of leading large-scale architectural initiatives.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing architect teams is preferred.
- Makes independent decisions on complex architectural challenges, solution design, and long-term technical vision within their area of expertise.
- Significantly influences strategic architectural decisions for the organization.
- Escalates major strategic decisions or significant technical challenges to senior leadership.
