Requirements

- Proven experience working within Agile, Lean, or hybrid delivery models
- Working knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Ability to align the PMO with the organization’s strategic goals
- Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
