About the role

  • Manager leading Group Benefits Member Administration team at Manulife. Focused on delivering quality service and team leadership in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, motivation, and support to a team of Member Administrators
  • Oversee offshore operations to achieve service, quality, and productivity objectives
  • Act as the point of contact for escalated requests from customers
  • Identify client needs, issues, and perceptions, developing action plans for positive outcomes
  • Coordinate service in partnership with BPS to exceed expectations
  • Seek out new opportunities and participate in continuous improvement projects
  • Support the financial contribution through effective management of productivity and expenses

Requirements

  • Experienced leader with a proven track record
  • Post-secondary degree preferred or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Group Benefits is an asset
  • Strong Office 365 skills
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset, proficiency required in Québec
  • Successful experience supporting client Service Level Agreements
