About the role

  • Manager Procurement role for Allianz Services India executing sourcing and contracting activities. Ensure alignment with global procurement governance and manage supplier relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Execute sourcing and contracting activities at the local level for Allianz Services India.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality services at competitive prices.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities in alignment with global procurement strategy.
  • Prepare and run RFQs/RFPs, evaluate supplier proposals, and support negotiation for compliance.
  • Monitor supplier onboarding, registration, and qualification processes.
  • Act as primary point of contact for local business stakeholders on sourcing and contracting matters.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and maintain procurement processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an international or shared services environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
  • Strong understanding of procurement governance, compliance, and process controls.
  • Proficiency in SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract.
  • Familiarity with SAP MM and procurement reporting tools is an advantage.
