Responsibilities
Promote after-sales orders in the DACH region across various channels, including phone, email and online platforms
Sell new service contracts, digital services, upgrades, software and service packages
Support contract renewals and sell new contracts at the end of warranty periods
Manage and coordinate incoming after-sales leads and other inquiries
Provide information on service products and respond to customer questions
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified service leads
Keep accurate records of customer interactions
Report on relevant KPIs and deliver forecast figures
Gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
Develop marketing campaigns and sales promotion activities
Work closely with other teams to align sales strategies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience and/or training, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
Experience in companies that sell and service analytical instruments is preferred.
Proactive, results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
Ability to leverage AI to optimize lead generation and pipeline development.
Understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills and closing strategies.
Familiarity with CRM systems to manage customer data and track sales activities.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning preferred.
Excellent written and spoken German and English are essential; additional languages are an advantage.
