About the role

  • Project Partner connecting clients to freelancers at Malt's leading freelance marketplace. Identify business needs and support successful project outcomes in the freelance industry.

Responsibilities

  • Find the best freelancers and consultants to meet your key account clients’ needs and be a strong project partner for the clients using your insights on the freelance market
  • Work hand-in-hand with the sales team and build proactively solid relationships with sales and customers as a trusted partner
  • Advise your clients on writing strong technical briefings to attract the best freelancers and consultants
  • Conduct occasional qualification interviews with freelancers and consultants at the client's request to select the most suited ones
  • Be an expert for the Malt algorithm and the associated best practices
  • Advise freelancers and consultants to build a powerful profile and train them on good interviewing practices
  • Working in an entrepreneurial environment means working very hands on in a fast paced environment, sometimes carrying out duties outside of your remit

Requirements

  • You bring 2-4 years of experience in the recruitment field, ideally within a consulting, headhunting, or executive search firm.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience working within the UAE, bringing an understanding and knowledge of the Middle East dynamics and culture.
  • You are highly confident in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of engaging and managing relationships with C-level executives.
  • Ideally you have worked in a results-orientated, fast-growing B2B environment, managing major client accounts.
  • Your hungry and ambitious, going above and beyond your own goals, adding value to your team and the wider organisation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and adapt to change.
