Responsibilities
Find the best freelancers and consultants to meet your key account clients’ needs and be a strong project partner for the clients using your insights on the freelance market
Work hand-in-hand with the sales team and build proactively solid relationships with sales and customers as a trusted partner
Advise your clients on writing strong technical briefings to attract the best freelancers and consultants
Conduct occasional qualification interviews with freelancers and consultants at the client's request to select the most suited ones
Be an expert for the Malt algorithm and the associated best practices
Advise freelancers and consultants to build a powerful profile and train them on good interviewing practices
Working in an entrepreneurial environment means working very hands on in a fast paced environment, sometimes carrying out duties outside of your remit
Requirements
You bring 2-4 years of experience in the recruitment field, ideally within a consulting, headhunting, or executive search firm.
You have at least 1 year of experience working within the UAE, bringing an understanding and knowledge of the Middle East dynamics and culture.
You are highly confident in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of engaging and managing relationships with C-level executives.
Ideally you have worked in a results-orientated, fast-growing B2B environment, managing major client accounts.
Your hungry and ambitious, going above and beyond your own goals, adding value to your team and the wider organisation.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and adapt to change.
