About the role
- Business Operations Manager driving operational excellence across Operations division at leading freelance marketplace Malt. Managing transformation projects and optimizing processes using AI and automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead Transformation Projects: Manage a portfolio of operational and business transformation projects for the Operations division, ensuring successful completion and adoption.
- Drive Process Optimization & Automation: Act as the primary expert for leveraging AI and automation tools (specifically n8n) to measurably enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze Business Performance: Develop KPIs and build dashboards to track Operations performance and inform critical business decisions.
- Provide Operational Support: Support the Operations division teams through targeted data analysis, process improvements, and tool troubleshooting.
- Shape Strategic Planning: actively contribute to the development of the Operations division's vision and long-term strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Experience: You have a strong background in Project Management and Change Management, combined with sharp Business Acumen.
- Technical Skills: You possess Advanced Excel / SQL skills and have an intermediary level in Looker for data visualization.
- Automation Expert: You are proficient with AI tools and automation platforms like n8n.
- Communication: You are skilled in Stakeholders management and Communication Strategy, capable of driving adoption for new tools and processes.
- Languages: You speak English at a native level.
