About the role

  • Providing technical support for Siemens PLM applications by assisting clients with their inquiries. Collaborating with various departments to resolve customer issues and maintaining communication with Siemens.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with technical and application-related questions
  • Analyze issues and resolve customer inquiries in Siemens PLM applications
  • Collaborate with internal departments and partners to process tickets
  • Communicate with Siemens to ensure a smooth flow of information

Requirements

  • Professional experience in PLM/PDM, with Siemens Teamcenter or CAD integration into a PDM system
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and reliably
  • Analytical thinking
  • Enthusiasm for challenges
  • Confident communication in German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage
