About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead industrialization of new products and manage changes to existing products and processes
- Define and optimize technological processes, production parameters, and related documentation
- Validate new products, components, and materials before serial production
- Monitor and improve production performance (OEE, KPIs), ensuring process stability and efficiency
- Solve technical issues using structured problem-solving methods
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, automation)
- Collaborate cross-functionally and ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in manufacturing/process engineering and production optimization
- Strong understanding of technological processes, industrialization, and product validation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and very good MS Office skills
- Knowledge of CAD tools
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, PFMEA, control plans, and structured problem-solving methods
- Experience with KPI monitoring (OEE, scrap reduction, cost optimization)
- Strong analytical thinking and process-oriented mindset
- Good project management and change management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- English language proficiency (minimum B1)
- Team-oriented with leadership potential and ability to manage conflicts constructively.
