Responsibilities

  • Support technical analyses, quotations, and communication with suppliers.
  • Update project controls, indicators (KPIs), and documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements and technical studies.
  • Provide after-sales support by monitoring service requests and assisting with solutions.
  • Assist with SAP usage and keep system information up to date.
  • Work hands-on in operational routines.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and technical support materials.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Engineering degree or a related Technologist program, with availability to commit for a two-year period.
  • Microsoft Office: intermediate level (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • English: intermediate level (advantageous).
  • Willingness to learn systems, especially SAP.
  • Collaborative attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-starting to support daily tasks.
  • Availability to work one of two schedules: 07:30–14:00 or 10:00–17:00.
  • Availability to work in Mogi Guaçu.
