About the role

  • Senior Specialist overseeing procurement responsibilities within The Hershey Company's Procurement team. Managing supplier relationships and developing sourcing strategies with significant spend.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for category management, supplier relationship management, value delivery, sustainability & resiliency
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Prepare and present procurement performance reports

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive procurement experience for Sr Specialist role
  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement for Specialist role
  • Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry is highly preferred.
