About the role

Responsibilities
- Managing accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments
- Handling foreign currency transactions, maintaining financial records
- Collaborating with Japan AR and other teams to resolve issues
- Performing reconciliations, supporting financial reporting to meet closing deadlines
- Process payment, Cash transfer on Web banking
- Revaluation of foreign currency receivable and payable and booking into the system
- Monitoring and review bank fees, Bank balance reconciliation
- AR/AP transaction reconciliation, Prepare liquidity report
- File AP vouchers and documents & IC reconciliation and IC balance management
- Execute report in TM 5 (IC Monthly reconciliation/IC Balance)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Good command of English and Thai
- Japanese: fluent at both verbal and written including literacy of “Kanji” (JLPT N3 or above)
- Working at manufacturing industry or company with production site is a plus
- Intermediate/advance level of Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills with team as both interpersonal and team
- Timely and accurate process with ability to meet deadlines financial closing timeline
- Open mind, self-starter, multi-tasking at fast pace working environment
