Partner Account Manager managing APAC partner ecosystem for Magnet Forensics' digital investigative software. Building and nurturing partnerships through strategic collaboration and support.
Responsibilities
Responsible for building and nurturing a strong partner ecosystem that accelerates growth and delivers value to our customers.
Recruit, enable, and manage partners across the region.
Drive joint success through strategic collaboration.
Work closely with the Vice President of APAC Sales and 8 regional Account Managers, 4 Regional Renewals managers, marketing, product management, and operations.
Ensure partners are fully engaged and equipped to succeed, including onboarding, enablement, and ongoing support throughout the partner lifecycle.
Requirements
Proven experience in channel/partner management or business development (4+ years preferred), ideally within APAC markets.
Strong sales acumen with a hunter mentality for prospecting and outbound engagement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and across multiple cultures.
Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technology into business value.
Highly organized with strong time management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with APAC-specific business practices, government procurement processes, and compliance requirements is a plus.
Comfortable with regional travel (up to 50%) and working across diverse cultures in APAC.
