Founding Marketer responsible for building and executing marketing strategies for B2B SaaS startup. Collaborating with founders and product teams while increasing market visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities
You are the operational heart of our marketing (end-to-end) and ensure that Maesn is visible, consistent, and communicated convincingly.
Develop, own, and execute the content calendar (blog, LinkedIn, newsletter, events)
Manage our CMS (e.g., Webflow) and create new landing pages
Produce and publish social media content (founder + company pages)
Coordinate any external copywriters and designers as needed
Create and maintain case studies, one-pagers, and sales materials
Prepare and communicate product updates and launches
Plan our presence at events, trade shows, and conferences
Build and maintain a simple, clear analytics dashboard
Work closely with our SEO and paid-advisors
Provide strategic sparring with the founder on high-quality content and positioning
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or API products
Excellent German and English skills
Strong sense for storytelling, structure, and clear technical communication
Experience with CMS (Webflow), CRM/automation (HubSpot), and analytics (GA4)
Ability to drive projects independently and manage deadlines
Interest in technical products, developer audiences, and the API economy
Enjoy working closely in the office (3 days/week in Düsseldorf)
Confident user of Figma/Canva
Nice to have: Lottie animations, experience with social video content, and a tech affinity for AI/automation ecosystems
