Work in a hybrid environment - 4 days in our Sydney CBD office and 1 day working from home.
Take ownership of support requests and provide timely updates to ensure a seamless user experience.
Embark on a two-year program designed to guide you through various career pathways in cybersecurity, networking, or infrastructure.
Requirements
You have graduated from a Bachelor of Engineering/IT/Computer Science or any other Technology related degree
You love problem-solving and are always up for a challenge
Experience in PC Hardware configuration utilizing imaging software.
Experience supporting LAN’s, PC operating systems and desktop software.
Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Exchange and/or Windows 7/8.
High desire to grow and learn - willing to study and complete IT certifications
Tech-driven and passionate about providing the best customer experience.
High sense of urgency when supporting and providing solutions to customers.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to work on an On - Call rotating roster.
