About the role

  • Join our dynamic IT Infrastructure and Service Desk Team as an IT Support Engineer - Level 1.
  • Deliver exceptional support to our internal users of approximately 600 staff while assisting with a wide range of corporate systems.
  • Work in a hybrid environment - 4 days in our Sydney CBD office and 1 day working from home.
  • Take ownership of support requests and provide timely updates to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Embark on a two-year program designed to guide you through various career pathways in cybersecurity, networking, or infrastructure.

Requirements

  • You have graduated from a Bachelor of Engineering/IT/Computer Science or any other Technology related degree
  • You love problem-solving and are always up for a challenge
  • Experience in PC Hardware configuration utilizing imaging software.
  • Experience supporting LAN’s, PC operating systems and desktop software.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Exchange and/or Windows 7/8.
  • High desire to grow and learn - willing to study and complete IT certifications
  • Tech-driven and passionate about providing the best customer experience.
  • High sense of urgency when supporting and providing solutions to customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work on an On - Call rotating roster.
  • You have indefinite full working rights in Australia.
