Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analyses, benchmarking, interviews, and data analysis to understand the competitive landscape and audience needs;
  • Develop brand positioning, messaging architecture, content pillars, and creative guidelines based on insights;
  • Prepare the integrated communication plan (channels, phases, budget, KPIs) that will guide all brand actions;
  • Produce inspiring and objective briefs for creative, media, and content teams, ensuring alignment with the strategy;
  • Supervise and mentor strategy/planning analysts, elevating the quality of analyses and insights produced;
  • Monitor performance, lead post-campaign results analyses, and propose continuous optimization plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Planning/Senior Planner or Planning Manager roles at communication or digital agencies;
  • Understanding of the dynamics, challenges, cycles, and behaviors of Brazilian agribusiness. This is a fundamental requirement;
  • Ability to develop strategies natively for the digital environment, with applied knowledge in: Analytics & Intelligence: Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, social listening;
  • Performance: advanced knowledge of the digital sales funnel, SEO/SEM, and paid media;
  • Planner toolkit: mastery of planning tools and frameworks (branding, customer journey, storytelling, persona development);
