Responsibilities
Conduct market analyses, benchmarking, interviews, and data analysis to understand the competitive landscape and audience needs;
Develop brand positioning, messaging architecture, content pillars, and creative guidelines based on insights;
Prepare the integrated communication plan (channels, phases, budget, KPIs) that will guide all brand actions;
Produce inspiring and objective briefs for creative, media, and content teams, ensuring alignment with the strategy;

Requirements
Proven experience in Planning/Senior Planner or Planning Manager roles at communication or digital agencies;
Understanding of the dynamics, challenges, cycles, and behaviors of Brazilian agribusiness. This is a fundamental requirement;
Ability to develop strategies natively for the digital environment, with applied knowledge in: Analytics & Intelligence: Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, social listening;
Performance: advanced knowledge of the digital sales funnel, SEO/SEM, and paid media;
Planner toolkit: mastery of planning tools and frameworks (branding, customer journey, storytelling, persona development);
