Responsibilities
Lead the customer data cleansing project, ensuring adherence to schedule and scope;
Analyze returned data and validate the need to update parameters;
Structure and organize the customer database by salesperson/portfolio;
Monitor and track the status of Commercial team activities and responses;
Communicate with and guide the Sales team on the cleansing process;
Consolidate and present project results and progress;
Identify opportunities to improve data quality and processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed);
Intermediate/advanced Excel skills;
Experience in data analysis and operational controls;
Organized with strong task management skills;
Analytical profile with a strong sense of priorities.
Experience with customer master data or master data management;
Experience working with Sales teams or interfacing with Commercial areas;
Knowledge of BI tools;
Experience in process improvement or data governance.
