About the role

  • Senior Customer Marketing Specialist at Lytx driving customer growth and retention through omnichannel campaigns. Collaborating with teams to deepen customer relationships and optimize marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, industry dynamics, and business objectives to identify marketing opportunities aligned with Lytx’s strategy.
  • Design and execute customer marketing plans that support the customer lifecycle, including expansion, upsell, cross-sell, product adoption, and retention.
  • Create impactful, multi-format content that informs and engages customers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product, and marketing subject matter experts to develop impactful campaigns.
  • Deliver personalized, multi-channel campaigns using email, digital, direct mail, enablement tools, and other tactics to drive customer engagement and growth.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize efforts to improve ROI and meet key business goals.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation, feedback, and iteration.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience; SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing roles.
  • Proven success in building and executing marketing strategies that drive cross-functional alignment and measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience designing programs to support customer retention, product adoption, and account expansion.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing campaign performance.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with marketing technologies such as 6sense, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of ABM practices and customer growth strategies, with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.
