About the role

  • Country Manager managing NHS operations for Lyrebird in the UK. Focused on building systems, processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across trusts.

Responsibilities

  • Own the UK business with accountability for operational performance and delivery outcomes
  • Build the systems, processes, and team required to scale across the NHS
  • Ensure every NHS trust receives a best in class customer experience
  • Run pilots and rollouts that convert reliably and set Lyrebird up for long term success
  • Lead customer delivery including implementation, training, go live, and ongoing relationships
  • Establish strong governance, cadence, and accountability with senior NHS stakeholders
  • Partner with commercial leadership to support sustainable growth
  • Hire and lead the UK customer, implementation, and operations teams

Requirements

  • Deep NHS or UK healthcare experience
  • Experience running a region, country, or large-scale customer or operations function
  • A track record of scaling delivery and customer experience in complex environments
  • Strong judgment, high ownership, and comfort operating with ambiguity
  • Experience in a scaling technology or healthcare business
  • This is a senior leadership role. You will have operated at exec or near-exec level, owned outcomes end to end, and led other senior leaders.
