Responsibilities
Own the UK business with accountability for operational performance and delivery outcomes
Build the systems, processes, and team required to scale across the NHS

Lead customer delivery including implementation, training, go live, and ongoing relationships

Hire and lead the UK customer, implementation, and operations teams
Requirements
Deep NHS or UK healthcare experience
Experience running a region, country, or large-scale customer or operations function
A track record of scaling delivery and customer experience in complex environments
Strong judgment, high ownership, and comfort operating with ambiguity
Experience in a scaling technology or healthcare business
