About the role

  • Analista de Administração de Pessoal Sênior managing HR and payroll processes at LWSA. Ensuring compliance and operational efficiency in labor legislation and payroll management.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and verify all payroll routines, ensuring deadlines, consistency and accuracy of information;
  • Process and monitor labor and social security contributions;
  • Manage electronic timekeeping and hours bank control;
  • Handle hiring, vacation and termination processes, ensuring legal compliance and best practices;
  • Carry out the calculation, analysis and monitoring of area KPIs;
  • Ensure correct submission and management of information in eSocial;
  • Support audits, inspections and internal requests related to payroll and labor legislation;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of personnel administration processes.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation and payroll routines;
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Organized work style with good deadline and priority management;
  • Good team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude;
  • High drive for results and a sense of ownership;
  • Proficient in eSocial;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel;
  • Experience in HR or Payroll-related projects (optional);
  • Experience with BI, data analysis or building dashboards to support management (optional).
