About the role

  • Sales Operations Assistant at Wake managing sales pipelines and streamlining processes across departments to ensure outstanding commercial results.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, identifying and removing obstacles to ensure a smooth process;
  • Act as the focal point between teams such as Legal, Product, Finance and Sales to unblock obstacles in contract closures;
  • Ensure CRM data integrity, track actuals vs. targets/projections, and prepare monthly performance reports;
  • Standardize, simplify, and document workflows to ensure consistency in sales execution;
  • Identify inefficiencies and lead projects that transform the commercial operation;
  • Provide support to users of the sales platform;

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or related fields;
  • Analytical profile with a results orientation and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise across different teams and hierarchical levels;
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills;
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (preferably with access management and reporting expertise);
  • Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
