About the role

• Logistics Analyst managing long-term production and distribution planning at Votorantim Cimentos, ensuring plans are financially viable and aligned.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly integrated long-term (M+3) production and distribution planning via SAP IBP for Mortars and Limes, ensuring consistent, feasible plans aligned with financial assumptions within the Executive S&OP cycle;
• Serve as the technical interface between Operations, Logistics, Commercial/Sales, Controlling/Finance and Product Marketing, ensuring alignment on assumptions, constraints and portfolio priorities (SKU x Origin x Destination);
• Develop and analyze scenarios and fulfillment alternatives (constraints, bottlenecks, stockout risks and opportunities), consolidating recommendations and objective insights to support decision-making;
• Structure and monitor contingency plans (production reallocation, transfers, network adjustments and SKU prioritization) to protect the sales plan and improve economic performance (margin/total cost);
• Perform production capacity and logistics capacity analyses, evaluating impacts on service level, cost-to-serve and operational feasibility to support mid- and long-term decisions;
• Prepare and consolidate materials and KPIs for Regional S&OP, Executive S&OP, Budget and Strategic Planning forums, ensuring quality, consistency and traceability of information and decisions;
• Actively contribute to the annual and multi-year (5-year) production and distribution planning for Budget and Strategic Planning, ensuring coherence between strategy, investments, capacities and constraints;
• Support network/logistics footprint optimization analyses, including evaluation of plant-to-plant transfers, definition of supply centers and total cost simulations (cost-to-serve);
• Ensure alignment in the use of shared equipment and resources across businesses, supporting optimal capacity allocation and conflict mitigation;
• Work in synergy with the Short-Term Planning team (S&OE/weekly routines), ensuring consistency between tactical and strategic plans and feeding long-term planning with lessons learned and actuals deviations;
• Develop continuous responsiveness analyses, proposing structural improvements to parameters, routines, governance and data quality in the planning process.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics/Statistics or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and end-to-end Supply Chain systems thinking;
• Solid experience in Production Planning & Control (PCP), S&OP, IBP or long-term Supply Chain planning;
• Experience building scenarios, analyzing constraints and recommending trade-offs based on economic impact;
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage with multiple stakeholders, including executive forums;
• Data-oriented profile, problem structuring abilities and process discipline.
