About the role

  • Logistics Analyst managing supplier contracts and overseeing equipment installation projects. Collaborating across teams to ensure project quality and timely execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the supplier contracting process for civil scope.
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor all construction works at units for equipment installation, ensuring deadlines and quality.
  • Develop reports and dashboards in Excel, Power BI and other systems to support decision-making based on analysis.
  • Periodically evaluate project indicators (KPIs), seeking process improvements.
  • Monitor system improvements, performing tests in tools such as SAP and Yard Management, among others.
  • Validate Functional Specifications (FS) to ensure correct integration of system flows.
  • Support units with daily technical and operational questions.
  • Provide technical input to consultancies (SAP and Yard Management) to define system flows.
  • Map the activities of administrative logistics functions within the units.
  • Conduct site visits to units to monitor supplier performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Experience in Logistics.
  • Knowledge of Yard Management preferred.
  • Analytical skills.
