Commercial Credit Analyst I analyzing creditworthiness of clients from a financial perspective for BAC Credomatic. Responsible for credit portfolio quality through rigorous financial analyses and credit recommendations.
About the role
- Performance Analyst at Luminor Group, handling sales plans and performance management across retail banking projects. Effective reporting and strategic KPI development in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyse performance trends and development against the plan
- Create, maintain and optimize performance dashboards
- Provide high quality regular reports
- Identify and escalate performance gaps
- Contribute to regular business performance reviews
- Ensure Retail project and program performance management
- Participate in setting KPIs and creating strategic plans
- Perform resource utilization calculations and analysis
Requirements
- Experience in sales analysis, planning and control
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights from large datasets
- Advanced Excel skills; certifications or demonstrable experience with Excel Power Query, Knime, SQL or similar platforms is preferred
- Experience with business intelligence tools
- Understanding of financial industry products and Retail banking processes is a strong advantage
- Readiness to show initiative and take full ownership
- Ability to simplify complex solutions
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
