Maintain dashboards and report on success metrics
Facilitate process reviews and workshops
Promote a culture of continual improvements
Support ITIL4, Lean and Agile projects
Document processes and lessons learned
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in process improvement
Familiarity with ITIL4, COBIT, Lean, Six Sigma or Agile principles
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Understanding of IT Governance Frameworks and Process Controls
Experience working in agile environments
Strong project management skills
Preferably background in banking or technology sector
Fluent English required in spoken and written communication
