About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive and facilitate the continual improvement framework
  • Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and design improvements
  • Use data-driven methods to identify and prioritize improvements
  • Maintain dashboards and report on success metrics
  • Facilitate process reviews and workshops
  • Promote a culture of continual improvements
  • Support ITIL4, Lean and Agile projects
  • Document processes and lessons learned

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement
  • Familiarity with ITIL4, COBIT, Lean, Six Sigma or Agile principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Understanding of IT Governance Frameworks and Process Controls
  • Experience working in agile environments
  • Strong project management skills
  • Preferably background in banking or technology sector
  • Fluent English required in spoken and written communication
