Support IT applications to resolve incidents and handle access management
Develop and maintain IT services and IT Assets related documentation
Analyze and implement IT service and process controls
Prepare regular reports on IT services incidents and performance
Coordinate IT Services security hardening and vulnerability management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Provide training and mentoring as an SME
Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT services management (ITSM) and production support
Knowledge in Windows/Linux OS and/or AWS cloud for troubleshooting
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate at all organizational levels
Experience in document management services is a huge plus
Fluent English in spoken and written communication
