About the role

  • Analyst supporting financial crime compliance function at Luminor Bank, focusing on data analysis and reporting solutions. Collaborating within a dynamic international team in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Support financial crime compliance function in data analysis area.
  • Perform data extraction, aggregation, validation, and analysis.
  • Create automated reporting solutions, dashboards, and visualisations.
  • Develop and maintain data automations and SharePoint solutions.
  • Participate in reviews of anti-financial crime and compliance solutions and tools.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop anti-financial crime solutions.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of anti-financial crime and compliance systems and optimization strategies.
  • Perform user acceptance testing and provide trainings for end-users.

Requirements

  • Basic to good knowledge of the Bank products, processes, and IT systems.
  • Strong business process management understanding.
  • Experience in data analysis, visualization, and SQL.
  • High ethical standards and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly.
  • Fluent in English for spoken and written communication.
