Fleet Programs Admin Analyst managing tasks to support rental and commercial fleet sales at Ford. Involving development of incentive programs and understanding customer and dealer needs.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of Fleet Program related tasks to support overall rental, commercial and government fleet sales and share goals.
Support development and implementation of legacy incentive programs as well as situational programs to address specific fleet sales needs.
Learn complexity of fleet business segments, understanding of fleet customer needs, and appreciation of unique dealer support required above and beyond retail processes to achieve corporate goals.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Marketing and/or other related Business Management related fields
Experience with Ford internal systems and resources is preferred
Previous customer service, fleet sales or fleet sales support experience a plus!
Ability to multi-task as well as effectively prioritize competing priorities.
Be a flexible team player with emphasis on collaboration.
Maintain positive attitude even in the face of adversity.
Good communicator both in writing and verbally with ability to interface with varying levels of management, present ideas and supporting data.
