About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of project financial data
- Oversee month-end project reviews, project closure, and expense management
- Maintain robust accounting controls
- Partner with FP&A, Business Partners, and Accounting & Reporting on budgeting
- Drive refinement of project finance processes and system functionalities
- Design and deliver insightful reporting for leadership
- Provide proactive financial guidance on pricing, utilization, and capacity planning
Requirements
- Strong experience in project or commercial finance
- Solid grounding in project accounting, revenue recognition, and financial analysis
- Experience managing closure activities and driving process transformation improvements
- Full/part-qualified accountants preferred (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
- Strong understanding of project accounting principles and financial analysis techniques
- Ability to navigate and learn financial systems and interfaces
- Working knowledge in NetSuite and/or Kantata a plus
- Experience in design and delivery of KPIs and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Experience with complex financial data analysis
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
