About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor the client portfolio to ensure bank billing is accurate and that payment settlements are completed according to SLA;
- Verify credit and debit amounts on bank statements and process settlements and reconciliations;
- Manage the flow of credit card receipts;
- Prepare reports to monitor delinquency and receivables across different scenarios;
- Execute and approve contract terminations and settlement agreements with clients;
- Ensure that 100% of eligible clients are invoiced and have boletos (bank slips) registered with the bank;
- Verify bank details of developments and link collection accounts;
- Control bank settlement processes and verify that return files were processed correctly;
- Monitor file traffic on the VAN and interact with banks;
- Prepare and track reports with indicators for settlements, billing, contract termination workflow status, and financial validation;
- Present scenarios demonstrating process inconsistencies;
- Create PowerPoint presentations and Word documents;
- Analyze departmental activities to propose improvements;
- Interact with partner areas (IT, Accounting, and business partners) to evolve processes and resolve inconsistencies.
Requirements
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent);
- Advanced Excel;
- Knowledge of VBA;
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Financial acumen applied to reporting and automations;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
