About the role

- Regular inventory monitoring and optimization of ordering processes in the ERP system
- Processing enquiries, preparing quotations, and creating comparative offers
- Preparing systematic analyses for operational supplier management
- Automating and improving purchasing processes
- Acting as a liaison and communication interface between suppliers, logistics, sales, assortment/category management and purchasing
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training (e.g., apprenticeship or equivalent qualification)
- Professional experience in purchasing, ideally in a trading/retail company
- Good MS Office skills
- Experience with ERP software
- English skills are an advantage
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Quick comprehension and a passion for process improvement
- Enjoy working with numbers and data
