Responsibilities
Own Odisei's voice across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook… turning a fragmented presence into a channel that everyone actually wants to follow, not just musicians.
Ideate, shoot, request edits, and publish end-to-end.
When a trend breaks or a community moment hits, you ship it fast, scrappy, and still beautiful.
Analyse hooks, retention curves, and engagement patterns strategically, treating every post as an experiment, not a checkbox.
Lead the AV team on what to produce and why, while co-owning the content calendar with the CRM Manager to tie every piece to real business objectives.
Pitch formats no one in the music space is doing yet.
Unboxings that make people feel something. Stories that stop the scroll, because music is about creativity and emotion!
Requirements
A portfolio (or personal account) that proves you make things: hooks, edits, visual storytelling...
Focus with platform mechanics: why a reel works in 0.3 seconds, how algorithms reward formats, what makes a thumbnail unskippable.
Full ownership instinct, from half-formed idea to published piece, solo when needed, with the AV team when it calls for it.
The bravery to turn a niche product into universally compelling stories.
A proactive, challenger mindset. You show up with 10 ideas and the top 3 already in draft.
Think always outside the box, we don’t want to just follow trends.
