About the role

• Executive Director overseeing effective leadership and operations at LucidHealth radiology practices. Responsible for implementing policies, strategies, and relationship management with practice leaders.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the effective leadership of LucidHealth (LH) practices through implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Act as primary liaison with practice leaders and providers, clinical leadership and hospital executives.
• Serve as relationship manager for all current and future LH customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related administrative discipline required; MBA or MHA strongly preferred.
• Experience in hospital and/or radiology settings preferred, including knowledge of teleradiology practice standards.
• At least 10 years of experience managing a physician group preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, analyze performance, and drive fiscally responsible decisions.
• Proven project management capability, effectively leading multiple initiatives from planning through execution.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
• Highly developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills, enabling effective collaboration with physicians, hospital leadership, and external partners.
• Self-directed and results-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset focused on enhancing practice performance and operational excellence.
