About the role

  • Business Development Representative driving inbound/outbound lead generation in the UK & EMEA. Utilising AI-powered sales intelligence to achieve performance goals and engaging with senior executives.

Responsibilities

  • Utilise Apollo, our AI-powered sales intelligence and engagement platform to meet performance goals for calls, emails, and appointments set
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to align activities with the overall sales strategy
  • Develop & implement prospecting campaigns
  • Follow up on leads from marketing activities, including trade shows, web inquiries
  • Nurture prospects through the sales funnel using Salesforce CRM and Apollo
  • Participate in select sales calls to add value & grow your knowledge of the business
  • Attend trade shows and other industry events

Requirements

  • Experience in utilising a sales intelligence and engagement platform, such as Apollo, to achieve first-time appointment (FTA) targets
  • Experience in an inbound/outbound lead generation function
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Drive to learn and develop expertise in our domain
  • Strong online research skills
  • Experience using MS Office tools and CRM software (Salesforce is preferred)
  • Familiarity with Apollo and marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua) is a plus
  • Prior experience in, and familiarity with, the supply chain industry is a plus
