About the role

  • Vice President II – Network Engineering managing the strategy and operations of enterprise network infrastructure. Building and mentoring a skilled team while ensuring network availability and resiliency across multiple data centers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, design, and operations of enterprise network infrastructure
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of 8–10 network engineers and managers
  • Drive talent acquisition, career development, and succession planning
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and resource planning
  • Define and execute the long-term network strategy, including modernization and automation initiatives
  • Ensure high availability, resiliency, and security of network infrastructure

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of IT management experience; 10+ years in network engineering roles
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise networking and data center management
  • Expertise in Cisco networking portfolio and related technologies: Cisco ACI, SDA/DNAC, Catalyst & Nexus switches
  • Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
  • Meraki SD-WAN
  • Infoblox DDI
  • LiveNX, Telemetry, Gigamon
  • Preference for experience with Infrastructure as Code and network automation
