Responsibilities
Responsible leadership and mandate for the financial management of a sophisticated real estate portfolio
Development, design and implementation of optimized property-management processes and controlling structures at the portfolio level
Ensuring contemporary, transparent rent management including lease commencement, adjustments and contract amendments — directly engaging with tenants, owners and senior management
Preparation of owner reports and budgets; design of management reporting as a steering tool for Asset Management
Proactive preparation of portfolio analyses, profitability assessments and proposals to sustainably increase performance in collaboration with Asset Management
Direction of payment processing, dunning procedures and responsibility for compliance in tenancy and contract matters
Advising the owners on decision-relevant processes and contributing to the development and implementation of the asset strategy
Representing the Property Management unit in interdisciplinary executive forums and acting as an active communication interface to senior management
Requirements
University degree (e.g., Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Business Law) or completed vocational training
Several years of confident leadership of commercial real estate or property-management portfolios
Expert in reporting and control systems, and in contract- and tenancy-law due diligence
Experience building modern controlling and reporting structures
Strong analytical and social (interpersonal) skills, combined with excellent communication abilities
Passion for innovation, digitalization and sustainable real estate development
A visionary who embraces Property Management as a key function between operational portfolio business and strategic Asset Management
