- Proaktive Erarbeitung von Bestandsanalysen, Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen und Ideen zur nachhaltigen Performance-Steigerung im Dialog mit dem Asset Management
- Leitung des Zahlungsverkehrs, Mahnprozesse und Verantwortung für Compliance im Miet- und Vertragswesen
- Beratung der Eigentümerseite bei entscheidungsrelevanten Prozessen, Mitwirkung bei der Ausarbeitung und Implementierung der Asset-Strategie
- Repräsentation der Property Management-Unit in interdisziplinären Executive-Runden und aktive Kommunikationsschnittstelle zur Geschäftsleitung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z. B. Immobilienwirtschaft, BWL, Wirtschaftsrecht) oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
- Mehrjährige, souveräne Führung von kaufmännischen Immobilien- oder Property-Management-Portfolios
- Experte in Berichts- und Steuerungssystemen, vertrags- und mietrechtlicher Due Diligence
- Erfahrung im Aufbau moderner Controlling- und Reportingstrukturen
- Hohe analytische und soziale Kompetenz, gepaart mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke
- Leidenschaft für Innovation, Digitalisierung und nachhaltige Immobilienentwicklung
- Visionär, der/die Property Management als Schlüsselfunktion zwischen operativem Bestandsgeschäft und strategischem Asset Management lebt
