About the role
- Application Manager overseeing business applications throughout their lifecycle with LOXXESS. Managing partners, incidents, and ensuring stable and efficient operation of applications.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End-Verantwortung für mehrere Business-Applikationen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
- Steuerung externer Partner inklusive SLA- und KPI-Management
- Koordination und Steuerung von Incidents, Changes und Releases
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen Applikationsbetriebs
- Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachbereichen und der IT und stellst die Verfügbarkeit, Qualität sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Applikationen sicher
Requirements
- Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-Frau (m/w/d) mit
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Application Management oder einem vergleichbaren IT-Service-Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in ITIL-Prozessen sowie in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister
- Gutes technisches Grundverständnis von Applikationen und IT-Betriebsprozessen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
