Product Manager driving product strategy and development for Lovehoney Group's innovative sexual wellbeing products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful consumer products.
Responsibilities
Contribute to and execute the sexual wellness category strategy across toys and essentials for US and UK retail markets
Support development of clear range architectures (good/better/best tiers, price ladders, entry-to-premium segmentation)
Analyse sales performance, competitive landscapes, and market trends to identify white space opportunities and range optimisation potential
Support assortment localisation for US and UK retailers, ensuring compliance, pricing logic, and customer relevance
Work closely with Sales to develop compelling, retailer-ready product portfolios aligned to big-box retail requirements
Contribute to product roadmaps based on consumer insight, retail feedback, margin targets, and brand positioning
Support product group prioritisation decisions based on commercial viability, strategic fit, and operational feasibility
Help translate evolving sexual wellness trends into scalable, mainstream retail concepts
Lead end-to-end development of physical products from concept through mass production and retail launch
Define product requirements in collaboration with design, engineering, regulatory, and sales teams
Coordinate timelines, samples, approvals, packaging, and production readiness with manufacturing partners
Track milestones, budgets, and risks to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery
Ensure products meet quality, safety, regulatory, and retailer compliance standards
Act as a central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external suppliers across time zones
Requirements
Strong interest in physical consumer products, ideally within wellness, personal care, or intimate categories
Understanding of product lifecycle management from concept to retail launch
Commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, retailer requirements, and margin targets
Analytical thinking with confidence working with sales data, competitor benchmarking, and portfolio performance metrics
Structured project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
Experience working cross-functionally and ideally with international suppliers
Clear communication skills and comfort operating in a B2B retail environment
Degree in business, marketing, engineering, product development, or a related field
