Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by phone, email, and in person, ensuring a close, trust-based relationship;
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, as well as the market, competitors, and prospective customers;
  • Identify needs and propose appropriate commercial solutions;
  • Prepare and send presentations and quotes, conducting active follow-up to improve closing rates;
  • Maintain and expand the client portfolio, actively prospecting and building customer loyalty;
  • Register and update information in the system, ensuring data accuracy;
  • Monitor order progress and keep clients informed about deadlines and status;
  • Schedule and participate in technical visits when required;
  • Participate in bids and public tenders, identifying business opportunities;
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business;
  • Support clients with layout requests and basic technical support;
