Senior Director of Operations coordinating operations, fulfillment, and customer experience at Lola Blankets. Leading initiatives to support rapid growth and operational excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day priorities and execution across the Operations team to ensure work moves quickly and supports company needs
Ensure the company is operationally prepared for peak sales periods, seasonal demand spikes, presale capabilities, new product launches, new sales channels, and more
Work cross-functionally, internally and externally, to efficiently identify and resolve operational issues that impact customers, fulfillment performance, or company growth
Keep operational processes organized and clear; develop redundancy and backup plans to de-risk Operations
Lead by example and champion our growing culture of operational excellence, ownership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration
Oversee daily operational relationships with Lola’s third-party logistics partners to ensure consistent fulfillment performance, operational reliability, and capacity planning
Partner with Head of Operations and 3PL leadership to implement and deliver all plans needed for peak capacity, operational improvements, and new infrastructure investments
Ensure operational readiness for new shipping flows, new products, and channel expansion
Monitor and improve fulfillment KPIs including shipping speed, order accuracy, and operational efficiency
Continuously identify ways to simplify operations, improve efficiency, reduce pain points, and help the team accomplish more with less effort
Standardize repeatable workflows to enable smooth company scaling
Build tooling, reporting, and documentation to help the team track performance, solve problems faster, and share operational knowledge
Requirements
6–10 years of progressive leadership roles in a consumer-facing Operational function, ideally with time spent at a high-growth consumer brand and/or in Consulting or Professional services
Demonstrated experience operating within rapidly scaling businesses ($50M–$500M revenue environments)
Proven ability to develop, empower, elevate, and promote team members
Self-starter with a proven ability and willingness to identify and ‘charge into’ opportunity areas, delivering measurable results from quick mobilization of self and others
Deep cross-functional experience and understanding to enable strong collaboration, judgment, and prioritization
Strong systems thinker capable of designing processes and infrastructure that scale with business growth
