Experience in defining credit policies and strategies.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in areas related to credit strategy, risk, analytics, financial planning, or related fields.
Experience in corporate environments, preferably in financial institutions or companies with structured credit operations.
Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis applied to credit management and statistical techniques.
Proficiency in Excel and at least one programming language (SQL, Python, R, etc.).
