Responsibilities

  • Drive Global eCommerce Omnichannel Strategy
  • Develop and implement a tiering strategy for content and user experience across various channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with global best practices
  • Drive innovative testing and research capabilities with retail and eTail partners, collaborating on strategies and fostering deeper partnerships
  • Support global deployment of strategies to ensure scalable and sustainable results
  • Monitor local rollout and execution of eCommerce strategies across both DTX and eTail channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address implementation challenges and support best practices sharing globally, ensuring consistency and optimization of regional strategies
  • Lead key innovation projects from concept through completion, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless post-launch execution
  • Define project roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and deliver measurable business impact
  • Lead the development and adoption of AI-enabled experiences across global and regional teams
  • Maximize the capabilities and utilization of R&R/UGC solutions by overseeing its integration across direct-to-consumer channels
  • Manage the ongoing relationship and quarterly business reviews, and share insights and best practices across the organization to enhance eCommerce impact
  • Lead team development through tailored training programs, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and speaker engagements, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence

Requirements

  • Proven experience in eCommerce roles, ideally with global or regional scope
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel strategies and scalable online program execution
  • Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships with measurable results
  • Experience with creating global guidelines and best practices
  • Experience with user-generated content strategies and tools like Bazarvoice is highly valued
  • Strategic and critical thinking with a results-driven approach
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across global and local teams
  • Proficiency in budget management, vendor negotiations, and project management
  • Ability to creatively solve problems and innovate within eCommerce frameworks
  • Deep knowledge of eCommerce trends, platforms, and customer experience optimization strategies
