Responsibilities
Drive Global eCommerce Omnichannel Strategy
Develop and implement a tiering strategy for content and user experience across various channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with global best practices
Drive innovative testing and research capabilities with retail and eTail partners, collaborating on strategies and fostering deeper partnerships
Support global deployment of strategies to ensure scalable and sustainable results
Monitor local rollout and execution of eCommerce strategies across both DTX and eTail channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address implementation challenges and support best practices sharing globally, ensuring consistency and optimization of regional strategies
Lead key innovation projects from concept through completion, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless post-launch execution
Define project roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and deliver measurable business impact
Lead the development and adoption of AI-enabled experiences across global and regional teams
Maximize the capabilities and utilization of R&R/UGC solutions by overseeing its integration across direct-to-consumer channels
Manage the ongoing relationship and quarterly business reviews, and share insights and best practices across the organization to enhance eCommerce impact
Lead team development through tailored training programs, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and speaker engagements, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence
Requirements
Proven experience in eCommerce roles, ideally with global or regional scope
Strong understanding of omnichannel strategies and scalable online program execution
Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships with measurable results
Experience with creating global guidelines and best practices
Experience with user-generated content strategies and tools like Bazarvoice is highly valued
Strategic and critical thinking with a results-driven approach
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across global and local teams
Proficiency in budget management, vendor negotiations, and project management
Ability to creatively solve problems and innovate within eCommerce frameworks
Deep knowledge of eCommerce trends, platforms, and customer experience optimization strategies
