About the role

  • Senior Process Manager ensuring implementation of logistics processes in hybrid role. Collaborating across departments to enhance operational efficiency and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all process- and operations-related matters within customer implementations are carried out on schedule and to the highest quality.
  • Act as a key interface between Solution Design, Operations, and IT.
  • Support intralogistics (large-scale) projects and assume responsibility for subprojects in the Process/Operations area.
  • Document, analyze, and optimize processes.
  • Identify standardization approaches and best practices and drive their company-wide rollout.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration or engineering, ideally with a focus on logistics.
  • Experience with intralogistics topics and in managing interdisciplinary projects.
  • Knowledge of process modeling using BPMN.
  • Experience with WMS systems such as EPG or PSI.
  • Solid expertise in logistical and operational processes as well as in implementing warehouse management systems and automation solutions.
  • Confident use of MS Office.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required by projects.
