Responsibilities

  • Organize and control documents, update files, and maintain records of fleet suppliers;
  • Review and issue documents, emails, and invoices;
  • Analyze invoices for validation and submission for payment;
  • Prepare and complete spreadsheets for internal controls and budgeting;
  • Maintain control of departmental documents.

Requirements

  • Experience with administrative routines;
