Responsibilities
Plan and manage projects involving multiple Operations teams, ensuring deadlines, objectives and defined scope are met.
Monitor the progress of projects of high, medium and low complexity through stage progress reports, quality indicators and financial resources, using the PDCA methodology, ensuring project execution follows the negotiated parameters.
Prepare materials and managerial presentations for internal stakeholders, providing clear updates on project status.
Participate in the development of business cases for new sites (logistics warehouses), including studies for acquiring new equipment, actively contributing to the planning and implementation of new cross-docking warehouses by conducting financial analyses, market studies, supplier surveys, equipment and technology innovation, and proposing governance and indicators to support the design of future operations, providing data to inform decisions and contributing to the company’s network expansion plan.
Actively participate in the opening of new logistics warehouses, coordinating alignment with other company areas so planned parameters are executed, contributing to increased company capacity.
Promote a positive team environment through discussions and meetings, fostering a workplace culture based on communication, respect, cooperation and continuous pursuit of innovation and knowledge.
Identify and implement improvement opportunities by mapping processes, understanding needs and implementing established processes aimed at increasing productivity, efficiency, quality and reducing costs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed).
Advanced Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills.
Proven experience in project management.
Experience with continuous improvement is a plus.
Availability for occasional travel.
Availability for hybrid work in Cajamar/SP (on-site 3 times per week).
