Responsibilities
Execute the commercial planning process, building granular commercial targets and ensuring alignment with key areas;
Conduct commercial commission calculation routines accurately, identifying inconsistencies and proposing adjustments and improvements to leadership;
Prepare materials and support the facilitation of key commercial governance forums and rituals (e.g., Hunter/Farmer transitions and onboarding of new clients);
Monitor the commercial team's negotiations, consolidating data, mapping barriers, and producing reports to provide leadership visibility;
Prepare and operationalize training for the commercial team in partnership with business areas;
Manage the sales CRM, serving as a support point for the commercial team and ensuring database updates;
Support leadership in coordinating analysts' work, ensuring methodological standardization, quality of analyses, and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or analytical fields (e.g., Mathematics or Statistics);
3 to 5 years of experience in Planning and Performance, Data Analysis, Strategic Consulting, or related roles;
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Tableau, Looker, and Power BI;
Experience in B2B commercial contexts or Sales Operations;
Ability to analyze large volumes of data and extract actionable insights;
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot);
Experience identifying complex problems, breaking them into smaller components, and developing effective solutions that prioritize the most relevant items;
Solid understanding of business principles and market dynamics.
