Responsibilities
Process warranty requests from all sales channels;
Track customer inquiries: questions, service status, requests and complaints;
Monitor the status of spare parts purchase orders, performing constant follow-up with national and international suppliers;
Prepare and analyze internal control reports related to raw materials inventory;
Monthly parts planning: manufactured, domestic and imported;
Manage the backlog of pending warranty requests using a shared Excel spreadsheet with the department;
Oversee reverse logistics, generating shipping/postage codes and notifying the person responsible for transportation;
Provide technical clarification to consumers through the Customer Service center;
Prepare technical assessments for warranty denial cases;
Develop and deliver technical training.
Requirements
University degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Engineering (Production, Mechanical) or related fields;
Experience with administrative routines;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Intermediate English;
Experience in the sports industry, especially cycling, will be considered a plus.
