About the role

- Process warranty requests from all sales channels;

- Prepare and analyze internal control reports related to raw materials inventory;
- Monthly parts planning: manufactured, domestic and imported;
- Manage the backlog of pending warranty requests using a shared Excel spreadsheet with the department;
- Oversee reverse logistics, generating shipping/postage codes and notifying the person responsible for transportation;
- Provide technical clarification to consumers through the Customer Service center;
- Prepare technical assessments for warranty denial cases;
- Develop and deliver technical training.
Requirements
- University degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Engineering (Production, Mechanical) or related fields;
- Experience with administrative routines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Intermediate English;
- Experience in the sports industry, especially cycling, will be considered a plus.
